If you like the idea of holding the same role for your entire shift, there are options for that. We like moving team members around to keep things fresh. We have indoor and outdoor tasks; more physical and less physical tasks; more frequent or fewer interaction tasks.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE AN A & H FARM TEAM MEMBER?

We hire exceptional people. This will be one of the more challenging, yet fun jobs you'll have. We are in the entertainment business which means people pay us for ‘fun’! Fun is a concept that is defined differently for each person, but each person knows what ‘fun’ is.

As a team member you interact directly with people who are looking for a fun, family-friendly activity. They’ve planned their adventure, driven from far and wide, and are planning to spend the day with us. All they need is a little help.

It is our job to make sure they get started exploring quickly, find the services they need throughout the day, and have fun throughout their visit. We are the “party coordinators” for their day-long party. All we have to do is take care of them. Sound fun?

Before You Begin, Please:

** Look at your personal calendar to double check your general availability to work in September and October. To a certain extent, we can work around your schedule, but during peak season, we need the most help on weekends. 

** A minimum commitment of 8 hours per week is required to be hired as an A & H Farm team member.

Starting Wage

** Starting Wages: $8 to $10 per hour depending on experience.

** 2025 Season: We are a year round operation, but we have two peak seasons where more hands are needed. The spring season starts in early April and ends in August. The fall season starts at summer's end and goes until mid November.

Bartender
We are looking for people that are 21+ who have some experience in serving/bartending. Here at the Farm we have events year round and our bar is a staple for fun handcrafted cocktails based around the event. This job entails:
Some Bar knowledge such as how to make cocktails
Great customer service
Able to lift atleast 50lbs

Store Cashier
We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as cashiers here at the farm! Our farm store is a hub of activity, especially during our events, and we need someone who is passionate about great customer service and enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment. This job entails:

Providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with purchases
Accurately handling cash, credit, and debit transactions
Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
Ensuring a positive experience for all customers
Assisting with stocking and inventory when needed
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Must be a team player and able to work well with others
Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and evenings during events

We’re looking for passionate and hard-working individuals to join our kitchen team at the farm! With a variety of events year-round, our kitchen is at the heart of creating delicious, farm-fresh food that brings people together. This job entails:

Preparing and cooking food to high-quality standards
Ensuring food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
Working quickly and efficiently during peak times
Assisting with food prep and stocking ingredients
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area
Teamwork and flexibility to jump in wherever needed
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to follow recipes and work in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and evening availability for events

Outside Activities
The farm is a fun place for people of all ages to come and enjoy and we are looking for people who would love to work with animals, paintball, and our Mega Slide. Working with animals would require a person that is comfortable with crowd control and animal safety so that our customers have a great experience while the animals are also being respected. Our Mega Slide requires someone that can push grown adults down the slide and paintball requires someone that is comfortable working with a generator and willing to learn gun safety. These jobs entail:

Availability

Weekday Mornings
Weekday morning shifts start as early as 8:30 am and end no later than 3:30 pm. Shifts vary based on store needs and season.
Weekday Evenings
Weekday morning shifts start as early as 12:00 pm and end no later than 8:30 pm. Shifts vary based on store needs and season.
Weekday Corporate Events
Weekday Corporate Event shifts start as early as 3:30 pm and end no later than 11 pm. Shifts vary based on store needs and season.
Traditional Operation Weekends
Traditional Operation weekend shifts overlap the stores operational hours. The store is open all but two weeks a year.
